Our average effective wage is $25-$35/hour (Base wage + productivity pay + credit card tips), plus cash tips! Don't forget about PTO, monthly performance bonuses, annual raise reviews, a variety of scheduling options, health benefits, 401k, and the greatest salon culture you can find. Base wage: $16.75 - $17.35

Hair Stylist/Barber Qualifications:

• Cosmetology License and/or Barber License (licensing requirements vary by state/province)
• The passion to build genuine connections with customers and provide GREAT haircuts
• The desire to deliver a consistent Great Clips® brand experience (don't worry, training is provided)
• The ability to work with teammates to develop a supportive and positive salon vibe
