Participate in professional development sessions to further enhance your skills and knowledge. Qualifications Fluency in German is essential; proficiency in English is a plus. Please state your native language and nationality. A strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. Prior experience in customer support is preferred but not mandatory.
