General Manager – Vending, Coffee & Micro Market

Location: Southeastern Michigan (with occasional responsibility for other states)

We are seeking a General Manager with 100% responsibility for leading our Vending, Coffee, and Micro Market department. This role oversees all operations, financial performance, team leadership, and customer satisfaction.

Key Duties:

• Full ownership of departmental success and financial results
• Lead and develop a growing team
• Manage warehouse, routes, and inventory systems
• Build client relationships and resolve issues quickly
• Implement sales strategies and promotions
• Drive innovation and operational efficiency

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of operations management (vending, food service, or retail preferred)
• Strong leadership and financial management skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience considered
