Snapshot / Role Overview
We're seeking a Fire Sprinkler Estimator in Phoenix, Arizona to develop accurate estimates and drive business growth for fire protection projects.

Impact

• Deliver competitive estimates that win new construction and retrofit fire sprinkler projects

• Build strong client relationships that generate repeat business and referrals

• Ensure code-compliant designs that protect buildings and occupants

• Drive territory growth through strategic sales and business development

Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver accurate quotes for fire sprinkler system installations

• Read and interpret blueprints, architectural and mechanical drawings for project scope

• Apply knowledge of NFPA 13, 14, and 20 standards as well as local codes to all estimates

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships with general contractors and end users

• Prospect and qualify potential buyers through scheduled calls, lead follow-ups, and targeted marketing

• Drive new business development through networking, cold calling, site surveys, and presentations

• Collaborate with sales and operations teams to ensure seamless project execution

• Maintain detailed records of activities and project information in CRM systems

• Travel to customer locations and job sites as required

Requirements
Must-Haves

• 5+ years of experience working with fire sprinkler systems

• Proven track record of success in fire protection estimating or sales

• Working knowledge of NFPA 13, 14, and 20 standards

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and mechanical drawings

• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record

Nice-to-Haves

• NICET certification in fire sprinkler systems

• Previous sprinkler design experience including hydraulic calculations

• Experience selling in the fire protection industry

• Local to Phoenix or able to relocate
