The position is entirely remote, allowing you the flexibility to work from anywhere and set your own schedule with approval, weekly schedule then remains the same weeklyDescriptionResponsibilities:Provide individual, couples, and family therapy via secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth platforms.Assess client needs, create treatment plans, and offer tailored counseling strategies.Help clients build better communication skills, resolve conflicts, and strengthen relationships.Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client sessions and progress notes.Collaborate with other team members, as needed, to ensure comprehensive care.Stay up-to-date with current counseling methods, techniques, and best practices.Adhere to all ethical guidelines and confidentiality standards.Qualifications:Washington State licensure as an LMHC, LMFT, LICSW, or equivalent.
