Summary
Bach to Rock is looking for an outgoing, engaging Event Staff Member to represent our school at community events. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys connecting with people, thrives in energetic environments, and has a knack for sales and marketing . Youll attend local events to promote our programs, engage with families, and generate leads that help grow enrollment.

This is an on-call style position event staff are scheduled as events arise. Musicians are preferred, but being personable, energetic, and able to confidently talk about our programs is most important.

Responsibilities

• Represent Bach to Rock at community and marketing events with enthusiasm and professionalism
• Engage event attendees in conversation, answer questions, and promote school programs
• Distribute marketing materials and encourage families to join our mailing list or book a trial lesson
• Speak knowledgeably about all B2R programs (private lessons, bands, group classes, camps, and parties)
• Create an inviting, fun atmosphere that encourages families to learn more about our school
• Gather leads, track interest, and follow event procedures for reporting to management
• Collaborate with school staff to ensure consistent messaging and event success

Qualifications

• Outgoing personality with strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Degree not necessary but background in sales, marketing, customer service, or community engagement preferred
• Musical background or interest in music strongly preferred
• Ability to learn and clearly communicate program details across all B2R offerings
• Reliable, punctual, and professional at community-facing events
• Flexible schedule to work events as they arise (mostly evenings and weekends)
