Epic Wisdom Application Analyst - Remote Job Title: Epic Wisdom Application Analyst Work Location: Atlanta, GA - Remote Duration: Long Term Position Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Epic Wisdom Application Analyst to join our healthcare IT team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in the implementation, configuration, customization, and ongoing support of Epic Wisdom applications. This position requires a strong background in healthcare practice management, Epic systems, and the ability to collaborate across clinical, business, and IT teams to optimize system performance and workflows. Key Responsibilities Lead end‑to‑end implementation, upgrade, and configuration of Epic Wisdom system. Configure modules to align with organizational workflows and compliance standards. Perform system customization and build configurations to support practice management and clinical workflows. Validate configurations and ensure system performance meets business requirements. Analyze existing workflows, identify gaps, and recommend process improvements. Collaborate with clinical, scheduling, and billing teams to streamline patient and provider workflows. Integrate Epic Wisdom with other Epic modules and healthcare systems. Translate business needs into technical solutions with stakeholders and Epic‑certified professionals. Provide regular project status updates and communicate effectively across all levels. Develop and deliver training sessions and documentation for end users. Conduct knowledge transfer sessions to ensure long‑term system sustainability. Provide day‑to‑day operational support, troubleshoot issues, and participate in testing, upgrades, and patch management. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Healthcare Informatics, or a related field. 12–15 years of total experience, with strong hands‑on expertise in Epic Wisdom. Proven experience in Epic system configuration, build, testing, and support. Strong understanding of dental practice workflows, including clinical, scheduling, billing, and patient experience components. Excellent communication, analytical, and problem‑solving skills. Ability to work collaboratively with both technical and clinical teams. Preferred Qualifications Epic Wisdom Certification (highly preferred). Experience with Epic Practice Management and related modules. Prior involvement in Epic implementation or upgrade projects.
