JOB SUMMARY
Acute provides customer and application support for Epic and other client applications that support business processes across client acute & ambulatory services.
The incumbent acts as a subject matter expert (SME) to provide at the elbow assistance & guidance for acute & ambulatory clinical staff.
The incumbent partners with client ITS and vendor support teams to resolve application issues when necessary.
The Site Support Specialist provides on-call support and on-site support as scheduled and as needed.
