We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Dishwasher to play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and efficiency of our kitchen. As a Dishwasher, you will ensure that all dishes, utensils, and equipment are washed, sanitized, and organized, allowing our culinary team to deliver exceptional dining experiences. Your attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness will contribute to the smooth operation of our kitchen, creating a positive and enjoyable environment for both guests and staff. • Ensuring the cleanliness and sanitation of all dishes, glassware, utensils, and equipment used in the kitchen.
• Operating the dishwasher and following proper procedures for loading and unloading items.
• Sorting, stacking, and organizing clean dishes and utensils in designated storage areas.
• Maintaining a clean and organized work area, including sweeping and mopping floors and wiping down surfaces.
• Adhering to food safety and hygiene standards, including proper handling of chemicals and sanitizing solutions.
• Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure efficient workflow and timely delivery of clean dishes.
• Following all safety protocols and guidelines to create a safe working environment for yourself and others.
• Providing support to the kitchen team as needed, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to help in various tasks.

• Dishwashing experience in a high-volume restaurant preferred.
• Able to read documents and written instructions to understand sanitation requirements, safety rules, equipment operation and maintenance, policies, and standard operating procedures.
• Certification in food safety and sanitation is a plus.
• Able to work flexible shifts and schedules, inclusive of weekends, and all holidays.
• Stand for long hours, often in wet conditions.
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs (racks of dishes, garbage bags).
• Work in a hot, humid, and fast-paced environment.
• Bend, stoop, and reach frequently.
• Operate dishwashing equipment safely.
