Gulfstream Staffing has partnered with one of Houston's fastest-growing healthcare organizations that is in need of a full-time Director of Revenue Cycle . This organization has a leadership team of visionaries among the best in the business and a focus on a commitment to quality service to its patients.
The Director of Revenue Cycle will lead a team of 40+ professionals across insurance verification, authorization, coding, billing, collections, and denial management.


Director of Revenue Cycle Details:

• Provide strategic leadership, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation
• Oversee revenue cycle operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
• Lead and develop a high-performing team through training and mentorship
• Manage month-end close processes and financial reconciliations

Director of Revenue Cycle Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business or Health Care Administration Preferred
• 6+ Years of RCM experience
• Proven track record of leading large teams with strong interpersonal skills
• Expertise in billing, coding, collections, and compliance
• Positive customer relations skills
• Ability to work effectively as a member of interactive teams
