Gulfstream Staffing has partnered with one of Houston's fastest-growing healthcare organizations that is in need of a full-time Director of Revenue Cycle . This organization has a leadership team of visionaries among the best in the business and a focus on a commitment to quality service to its patients.
The Director of Revenue Cycle will lead a team of 40+ professionals across insurance verification, authorization, coding, billing, collections, and denial management.
Director of Revenue Cycle Details:
- Provide strategic leadership, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation
- Oversee revenue cycle operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
- Lead and develop a high-performing team through training and mentorship
- Manage month-end close processes and financial reconciliations
Director of Revenue Cycle Qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree in Business or Health Care Administration Preferred
- 6+ Years of RCM experience
- Proven track record of leading large teams with strong interpersonal skills
- Expertise in billing, coding, collections, and compliance
- Positive customer relations skills
- Ability to work effectively as a member of interactive teams
