Overview Ally is seeking a visionary and results-driven Infrastructure Operations Leader to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Hosting Infrastructure and lead the transition to our next-generation Private Cloud . This role is critical to ensuring the reliability, security, and scalability of our enterprise platforms, including Unix, Windows, Red Hat OSV, Hyper-V , running on Cisco UCS hardware , and utilizing EMC, Pure Storage , and Dell infrastructure . Responsibilities Oversee the day-to-day operations of Hosting Infrastructure. Lead the transition to the next-generation Private Cloud. Drive operational excellence across ITSM disciplines, infrastructure lifecycle management, and proactive risk mitigation. Manage a hybrid team composed of onshore Ally leads and Cognizant-managed services. Qualifications / Experience Experience leading infrastructure operations for enterprise platforms, including hosting environments with Unix, Windows, and Red Hat OSV. Familiarity with Hyper-V and Cisco UCS hardware; experience with EMC, Pure Storage, and Dell infrastructure. Strong strategic planning skills to organize resources, anticipate challenges, and drive continuous improvement. Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage ITSM processes and service delivery across vendors.
