Job Description
Minimum Requirements: Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of DevOps experience, or 5+ years of DevOps experience in lieu of a degree.
4+ years in Infrastructure, DevOps, or Site Reliability Engineering.
2+ years automating, monitoring, and troubleshooting Kubernetes clusters in production.
2+ years deploying applications into Kubernetes.
1+ year with a cloud provider (AWS preferred).
Experience with enterprise cloud-native solutions and Agile practices.
Experience with Linux, Infrastructure as Code (Terraform), and Configuration as Code (Ansible).
DoD 8570 IAT Level II or III Certification. Key Responsibilities: Develop, manage, and secure Kubernetes-based container platforms.
Deploy and maintain enterprise cloud-native solutions to solve complex client challenges.
Automate system processes and manage containerized environments.
Troubleshoot and optimize production Kubernetes clusters. Skills and Proficiencies: Kubernetes deployment and management.
AWS cloud services.
Agile methods and team collaboration.
Terraform, Ansible, and Linux administration.
Strong problem-solving in cloud-native environments. Additional Information: Experience with monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack) a plus.
Knowledge of container vulnerabilities, mitigation, and security best practices.
