• Emergency Response: Act as the first line of defense in unforeseen circumstances, ensuring swift and effective resolutions. Your quick thinking and decisive actions will be instrumental in handling emergencies.
• Lost and Found Management: Responsibly handle lost items, providing reassurance to guests and maintaining a meticulous record. Your thoroughness will ensure the safekeeping of lost belongings.

• Flexibility: Willingness to work outside of regular business hours, including holidays. As a member of our night-time team, you'll be our behind-the-scenes support when the sun is down.
