HiEmployment is immediately hiring (25) friendly and personable Cruise Service Agents/Ambassadors!

No experience necessary! Willing to train the right individuals who enjoy working with lots of people, customer service oriented and can work with a handheld smart tablet.

Cruise Service Agents / Ambassadors work at the Honolulu Pier greeting and assisting travelers arriving and departing on the docked Cruise Ships. Fun and Fast work assignment who have a true passion in providing Aloha to our many tourists that visit our Hawaiian Islands. Four international cruise ships will be docking soon and we need to hire NOW.

Paid Training provided!

Training: Sunday, September 28th 8:30 AM – 1:15 PM.

Work Schedule: Varies for all Ship “Turns”:

1. Wednesday, October 1st 9:30 AM end time to be determined
2. Thursday, October 2nd 9:30 AM – 8:00 PM
3. Friday, October 3rd 7:15 AM – 3:00 PM
4. Monday, October 13th Schedule to be determined

PRIMARY FUNCTION:

Provide services to all cruise guests to ensure a smooth and timely disembarkation/embarkation and transportation process at the cruise ship terminal.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Meet and greet arriving and departing cruise line guests.
Review guest travel documents to meet government travel requirements and input the information accurately into computer systems.
Direct and assist cruise guests to their mode of transportation upon arrival and departure of cruise terminal.
Work with a team of staff to provide excellent customer service.
Provide general assistance to guests in a very busy, fast pace environment.
Adhere to work schedule and able to work the entire cruise season as committed to during the hiring process.
Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:
Proficient in computer usage, able to navigate through the computer with ease
Strong interpersonal and communication skills required
Prior customer service and experience dealing with the public
Ability to work under pressure and must be available to work weekends
Detail oriented with excellent organizational skills
Well groomed with a friendly and outgoing demeanor
Must be able to stand and work for extended periods of time - up to 6hrs increments
Comfortable speaking to crowds and capable of crowd control
Must be team oriented and able to work with a diverse workforce
Ability to work in a fast pace work environment under all weather conditions
Must be reliable and able to commit to the schedule as assigned.
