About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief of Staff to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the operational affairs within the product line leadership team, guiding collaboration between individual program managers and their teams, and overseeing the product line's operating cadence. This role requires a strategic thinker with the ability to operate at both a high level and a hands-on level, as needed. The Chief of Staff will also be involved in special projects, and media and public relations efforts, and will have insight into all aspects of the product line business, including financials, program execution, staffing, reporting, and strategy. Applicants for the Chief of Staff position at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 8 years of experience, or a Master’s degree and 6 years of experience. In lieu of a degree, 10+ years of applicable experience will be considered. The role demands a candidate with a proven track record of working across multiple functions, leading complex projects, and being technologically savvy with tools such as Office 365, SharePoint, and Teams. The ability to communicate effectively, prioritize, and complete tasks within critical deadlines is essential. Experience in workforce planning management, generating electronic content, and facilitating employee engagement activities is also required. The ideal candidate will have experience working with senior executives, be a high-energy individual, and possess the ability to process and synthesize large amounts of information to meet the needs of the leadership team.
