We are looking for both Full and Part-Time Caregivers to join our dynamic team!

Pay: $18.25 – $20.00 per hour

Job Type: Part-Time / Full-Time

What does a day in the life of a caregiver look like?

Providing a helping hand:

• Have fun and engaging conversations with your clients to build relationships

• Participate in your clients’ favorite hobbies (scrapbooking, gardening, games, etc.)

• Prep meals for your clients to enjoy

• Assist your clients with walking, dressing, and other daily activities of living

• Report what activities were completed with your clients and provide updates on your clients’ physical condition, mental capacity, and behavior

Requirements:

• Must have a minimum 1+ year of experience as a caregiver, home health aide, and/or a direct support professional

• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable means of transportation

• Previous experience in senior care, home care, or group home settings is preferred

• Ability to perform heavy lifting as required by client needs

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members

• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is a plus

• A compassionate nature with a genuine desire to help others improve their quality of life

• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
