Requirements: Proven experience as a Butcher, preferably in a maritime or hospitality setting. Valid STCW certification and all necessary documents for ship readiness. Strong knowledge of meat cuts, handling, and preservation techniques. Ability to work efficiently under pressure and in a dynamic environment.
