Job Description Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and focused individual to join our team as a Business Support, Concierge. This role involves providing exceptional customer service as the first point of contact for new hires, guests and personnel. The position requires proficiency in MS Office and Excel, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment without direct supervision. Strong multi-tasking skills, superior customer service orientation, and the ability to work with a diverse employee population are essential. Job Description
Create a positive first impression as you greet clients, guests, and visiting employees.
Manage incoming and outgoing courier and other packages or mail as required.
Support the annual management plan by accomplishing key performance indicators as identified by management.
Demonstrate confidence, professionalism, responsiveness and exceptional customer service skills.
Perform other facility management assignments as described by team and manager.
Direct guests to the appropriate meeting host
Register visitors with lobby security via client web portal and notify host upon arrival
Maintains safe and clean reception area by complying with procedure, rules and regulations.
Maintains continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities and continuing needs.
Responsible for booking meeting rooms through client web portal and notify Facilities Coordinator regarding set-up details
Assist with setting up and breaking down rooms before and after meeting and preliminary IT support
Support the mailroom as directed by Mailroom Manager.
Provide administrative support, including copying, printing, shipping and setting up courier service

Minimum 2 years customer service-related experience
Proficient in a range of information technology tools and platforms.
Excellent organization and communication skills, both oral and written, proficiency in English required.
Ability to perform minimal physical activity such as walking and carrying small packages.
This position does not provide visa sponsorship. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.
Estimated compensation for this position: 42,640.00 42,640.00 USD per year
