Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced individual with a background in administrative support and sales to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a dynamic, customer-focused professional eager to make a meaningful impact in men’s health. The right candidate will have the opportunity to grow into a leadership position.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver outstanding customer service, both in-person and over the phone - Collaborate with clinical staff including the Clinical Director (NP) and nurse (RPN/LPN) - Efficiently manage administrative tasks using EMR and CRM systems - Schedule appointments, process payments, and maintain patient records - Help maintain and achieve clinic performance and census goals - Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and professional standards - Assist in developing and implementing patient care plans - Support clinic operations in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative or sales-related role
• Experience or interest in men’s health, urology, endocrinology, or general practice
• Knowledge of testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) and erectile dysfunction (ED) -treatments is highly desirable
• Proficiency with EMR and CRM systems
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent communication and phone etiquette skills
• Familiarity with Google Docs and/or Microsoft Office applications
