Accounting Clerk
100% on site Charleston, South Carolina

We are looking for a detail-oriented, organized, and reliable Accounting Clerk to support our finance department. If you have a passion for numbers and a keen eye for accuracy, this is the perfect opportunity for you to grow your career in a dynamic, friendly, and fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Be Doing
* Process accounts payable and receivable transactions
* Maintain accurate financial records and databases
* Assist with payroll processing
* Reconcile bank statements and accounts
* Prepare and submit financial reports
* Support month-end and year-end closing activities
* Handle general office duties and administrative tasks as needed

What We’re Looking For
* High school diploma or equivalent (Associates degree in Accounting or Finance preferred)
* Experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or administrative roles
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (QuickBooks, etc.)
* Excellent communication skills
* Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
