Warehouse Forklift Operator (Entry-Level)
Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable and safety‑focused Warehouse Forklift Operator to join our team. In this role, you will operate stand‑up reach forklifts and other material handling equipment to move, store, and stage products throughout the warehouse and loading areas. This position plays a key role in keeping operations running efficiently and safely.
What You’ll Do
Pick, move, and stage product in dry goods and refrigerated warehouse areas
Accurately complete pick tickets and record product details such as labels, lot codes, and locations
Place finished goods into proper rack locations or blast cells
Build pallets using correct stacking and pallet patterns
Stage completed orders and load trailers for shipment
Rotate stock, unload inbound trailers, and transfer finished goods into inventory
Pick and transfer product to and from racking for project rooms
Perform inventory counts, consolidation, and product organization as needed
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
Perform routine equipment inspections and report maintenance or repair needs
Follow all safety, security, and quality standards
Participate in employee committees when assigned

Required Qualifications
Forklift certification
Ability to obtain a valid Class C license within 6 months of hire (up to three attempts allowed)
Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
Strong attention to safety and detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications
High school diploma or GED
Clean driving record
One year of warehouse or material‑handling experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Experience in a food manufacturing environment
Basic mechanical aptitude

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
